CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
A refund of your deposit, less $50.admin/cancellation fee, will be made if notice is given at least 14 days prior to commencement date of the booking. If a HIGH season booking is cancelled: - 28 days notice must be given. If 28 days notice is given then the above fee still applies. If the period cancelled is not filled, and the notice given was less than 28 days, the full deposit will be retained to reimburse any or all of the period which remains unfilled.

Rates are current to 30th April 2008. All Rates are subject to change without notice. A 20% deposit is required to confirm bookings. Bookings confirmed by deposit will be honoured at the prevailing tariff upon booking. Extra person tarrifs apply -
